Job Description

Level: Junior - Mid - Senior

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design teams, product management, and development to create elegant, user-friendly, usable, responsive, and interactive across multiple devices.
• Convert UI/UX designs into prototypes, generating outstanding interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules, and maintaining code maintainability.
• Apply sound user interface development principles to ensure the product serves the customer side at a large scale and complies with healthcare standards.
• Review and optimize application usage and proactively propose solutions to address issues.
• Coordinate and actively support the backend team to enhance the user experience at each touchpoint.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal flow for rapidly changing design/technology.
• Provide input and complete tasks promptly and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as API
• Knowledgeable about Angular and WordPress.
• Experience in mobile application development for Android native and iOS native is a plus.

  • Creating quotes for customers and superiors. 
  • Coordinating with the sales department and technical department to gather customer information and product details.
  • Searching for potential customers and meeting with them to introduce products. 
  • Proactively seeking new potential customers through telesales calls, networking, and social media. 
  • Taking care of customers before, during, and after product usage. 
  • Reporting work on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to superiors. 
  • Mastering the information about the company's products and services. 
  • Quoting and negotiating prices, discussing sales contracts, negotiating payment terms, and delivery arrangements.

Job Description

Roles and responsibility:

  • Achieve growth objectives and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Take on the responsibility of training, setting goals, and monitoring the performance of team
    members.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer market.
  • Plan sales development.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as providing forecasts to
    superiors
  • Identify emerging markets and market fluctuations, while staying updated on new products and
    competitive conditions.
  • Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the company meets its sales targets.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  •  Having at least >5 years of experience in the sales field, with a minimum of 3 years in an
    equivalent position as a sales manager in the information technology industry.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in the field.
  • Excellent skills in guiding, training, and managing employees.
  • Establishing good cooperation and effective working relationships both within and outside the
    company.
  • Knowing additional languages such as Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.
